Hi there! I'm Roshni.
I'm a Doctoral Researcher at the Max Delbrück Center - Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology (MDC-BIMSB) and Charité, where I work with the Haghverdi and Ludwig Labs, developing computational methods to study clonal dynamics in complex cancers. My research combines machine learning approaches with transcriptomics and epigenetics at the single-cell resolution.
I am broadly interested in using computational methods to accelerate discovery in the biomedical and climate sciences. For more on my research, see here.
